Our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program offers a supportive introduction to mindfulness, helping you build resilience and manage stress through guided practice.
Program Schedule:
- Wednesdays | 5:00–6:30 PM
Intro to Mindfulness (4 sessions starting May 6) - Tuesdays | 9:00–10:00 AM
Intermediate Meditation / Practice (3 sessions starting May 12)
The Tuesday sessions are designed to support and deepen your practice and are strongly encouraged, though not mandatory.
