STEPS is offering a free 8-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Group designed to help participants increase awareness of their thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and physical sensations and how they are connected.
Participants will learn practical skills to help shift unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours while developing tools to support emotional wellbeing.
The group includes opportunities to listen, share experiences, ask questions, and use worksheets for reflection and practice in a supportive environment.
